Information you provide to us

When you submit the contact form or a hardware rental request, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company (optional), the items or message you submit, and any notes you add. We use this only to respond to your inquiry or process your request, and to keep a record of our correspondence with you.

Information collected automatically

With your consent (via the cookie banner shown on your first visit), we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site - which pages are viewed, which products or sections generate interest, and general engagement patterns (e.g. session duration, device type, approximate location derived from IP address). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to do this. We use this information in aggregate to improve the site and our offerings; we do not use it to identify individual visitors personally. If you decline, none of this is collected.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this site and respond to your requests - specifically, our email delivery provider (to send and receive form submissions) and Google Analytics (as described above). These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide these services to us.

Data retention

We keep submitted inquiries and rental requests for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain business records, and delete or anonymize them when no longer needed for those purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, by emailing office@algowis.com. Depending on where you are located, you may have additional rights under local law (for example, the EU's GDPR or Israel's Privacy Protection Law) - contact us and we'll address your request under the applicable law.
